SPRING WITHIN: The Garden of Self-Love
By Diana Esther
Spring is a time of growth and awakening.
The perfect time to expand your consciousness and plant the new seeds of life you truly want to experience.
Spring does not ask for permission to arrive.
It simply comes softly, powerfully, awakening what has been sleeping quietly beneath the surface.
And just like the earth, we are called to awaken.
There is a quiet invitation in this season to expand beyond who you thought you had to be and to soften into who you truly are.
To remember the diamond within — the power that has always lived within you.
Imagine, for a moment, that your life is a garden.
Not a wild, accidental place where things grow without reason, but a sacred, intelligent space that responds to you — to your attention, your care, and your presence.
You are the gardener.
THOUGHTS, FEELINGS & EMOTIONS: The Sacred Seeds of Your Life
Every thought you think,
every emotion you allow or suppress,
every belief you hold —
they are all seeds.
Some seeds bloom into love, joy, and expansion.
Others grow into doubt, fear, and limitation.
But none of them is random.
Every experience, every encounter, every challenge, and every blessing is a conversation with your inner world.
And when this truth lands, something shifts.
You begin to listen.
Thoughts are no longer fleeting clouds drifting through an empty sky.
They become alive whispers of creation, shaping your inner landscape.
Feelings are no longer inconvenient disruptions.
They become messengers, guides, and sacred signals pointing you back to yourself.
Even the uncomfortable ones.
Especially the uncomfortable ones.
For so long, many of us were taught to silence our feelings.
Be strong.
Don’t cry.
Move on.
Stay positive.
And so we learned to push away the very parts of us that were asking to be seen.
But what you do not feel does not disappear;
it waits patiently in the quiet corners of your being.
Until you are ready to turn towards it with love.
To sit with your thoughts instead of escaping them.
To feel your emotions rather than numb them.
To ask, gently and honestly:
Is this thought truly mine?
Or is it something I have accepted without question?
And in that question, you reclaim your power.
Because not every seed in your garden belongs to you.
Some were planted by childhood experiences,
some by society,
some by voices you trusted —
without knowing you could choose differently.
But now, you are aware.
And awareness is where transformation begins.
SELF-LOVE: The Secret Ingredient
Self-love is the courage to tend to your inner garden consciously.
To no longer water the seeds of self-doubt.
To no longer give sunlight to thoughts that diminish your worth.
To gently uproot what no longer serves you — not with force, but with compassion.
And to begin to plant, intentionally, what you wish to experience.
This spring, let yourself begin again.
Let your thoughts become allies, not enemies.
Let your feelings be teachers rather than burdens.
Let your inner world become a place of nourishment rather than resistance.
Because the life you long for is not somewhere outside of you, waiting to be found.
It is already within you, waiting to grow.
You are the soil.
You are the seed.
You are the gardener.
And you are the love that makes it all bloom.
POEM: The Spring Ball
Like sudden sounds of the spring
Love touching hearts with a gentle wind
And sparkling light within your soul
Feels like a golden fireball
When music is born within your heart
And flows into the world as art
It feels like a magic violin
that touched your soul with loving strings
When life is in a happy mode
You fast forget your heavy load
And worrying vanishes like a mist
You feel in harmony and bliss
Forgetting fast all bad disputes
And hurting words that changed your mood
When you feel spring inside your heart
You touch the world with joy and love
And the heart will sing the song of love
Supporting a healthy way of life
