Empowered Women and Wealth Forum for Women
Empowered Women and Wealth Forum for Women
This year’s Empowered Women event will be held 24-25th of October in Stockholm with many famous Swedish and International speakers. Swedish Wealth Institute has created the event to inspire and support women to start their own business and grow in their careers.
The event is for women only and is free to attend.
In most studies Sweden scores high concerning equality between the genders, but even here we find important differences between men and women in the work life. In a study conducted by TNS-Sifo in 2016, at the request of the Swedish Wealth Institute AB, 6 out of 10 women aged 15-29 answered that they have been treated differently than men in the work environment. 100% of young women felt that it is harder to succeed in your career if you are a woman – and 95% of all men agreed.
Many women have to struggle to reach the highest levels in the business environment – even though studies prove that there are many benefits to having both men and Women in Leadership roles and in the board room.
Studies have also shown that women are generally better investors than men since they are less prone to take risks and less impulsive in business.
These are only some of the reasons why this event is so important!
We have the honor to have Kim Kiyosaki as our key-note speaker. She will discuss being a Women in Business and share how women can use their strengths and turn any doubt about what women can acheive into their benefit.
Kim Kiyosaki reached international fame when she, together with her husband Robert, wrote the book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” which has sold in over 32 million copies in over 50 countries and been at the top of the New York Times best-seller list.
From Sweden several exciting speakers will presenting, including “The Rally Princess” Annie Seel and the women who made BabyBjörn an internationally acclaimed brand, Lisa Thorén and Linnea Kempe.
During the two days many exciting international speakers will participate, among them successful entrepreneur Lisa Lannon from the United States; New York Times best-selling author Janet Atwood from the United States; experienced business mentor Deri Llewellyn-Davies from Wales, UK; world renowned speakers Kane and Alessia Minkus from the United States and Italy; successful entrepreneur Ceil Stanford from the United States; inspiring entrepreneur Ronda Jaggers from the United States and Mirela Sula founder of Global Woman Magazine and Global Women Club in London, UK.
