VISION
Connecting Women Locally, Empowering them Globally
MISSION
We aim to unite professional women around the world, regardless of their age, culture or race. To encourage them to stand in their power, invest in themselves and grow their skills and abilities by learning and leadership development.
We do this by providing a safe, caring and supportive environment in which women can get support and services; take part in events, training and activities and become active in bringing about change for themselves and the society.
Education leads to empowerment. We provide women with access to a wide variety of information, knowledge and opportunities to implement them so they can make the right decisions.
Global Woman Business Club helps women to build their confidence and belief that they can be successful in whatever they do. We help them build their brand

About Nara Thompson
Regional Director Mongolia
Nara brings over 10 years of transformational leadership experience to the people she inspires through her speaking, training, coaching, and mentoring. She is a proud mom of three, happily married to her college sweetheart for 23 years, as well as a self-proclaimed bookworm, fitness fanatic, and travel junkie.
Nara is also a well-known influencer, super-connector who has a passion for connecting women all around the world and, more importantly, connecting women to their own greatness. Nara believes that in order to be successful, to find your greatness, make an impact and leave a legacy, you can’t just “talk the talk.” You have to take action and “walk the walk.”
As a trainer, coach and mentor, Nara believes you cannot teach others what you’ve never actually done yourself. She shares in her Amazon #1 best-selling book “Positive Charge,” Nara reflects her “lead-by-example” approach. After graduating from Brigham Young University, she spent many years in non-profit world. There, she learned to teach people how to thrive instead of just survive. She loves to educate, guide, and support women in their journey to a greater quality of life in harmony with their life purpose.
Nara believes that Mongolian women are ready to assist with topics that are poignant at this time in the world’s history, such as gender equality, feminine leadership, women empowerment, purpose-aligned communities, global collaboration, personal development, soft skills, innovation, and individual confidence building. Global Woman will offer a community environment and opportunities for feminine leadership and collaboration. Mongolian women, much like others in the world, seek global visibility, partnerships, and collaboration. They’re ready to go global and have been for some time.
