Unlocking the Secrets of Spontaneous Remission and Longevity
My years of practice have shown that even the most severe or difficult-to-treat conditions, such as diabetes, multiple sclerosis, stroke, epilepsy, or restless legs syndrome—can be cured or managed through long-term remission. Despite limited answers in the scientific literature for some of these ailments, I have witnessed remarkable recoveries. Beyond treating illnesses, it is also possible to enhance a woman’s beauty and well-being: reducing facial swelling, achieving a natural facelift, improving skin tone, enhancing memory, stabilizing mood, and fostering restorative sleep to banish stress—all within a few sessions of Intermittent Hypoxia Training.
Intermittent Hypoxia Training (IHT) is a therapy that involves controlled exposure to short periods of low oxygen levels, alternating with normal oxygen levels.
Becoming a Doctor
As a child, I was surrounded by a huge medical library in our home, which captivated my curiosity even during my school years. I was amazed by the facts: depression can lead to cancer, severe stress can accelerate aging.
At the same time, I encountered fascinating cases of spontaneous remission. For example, a patient with multiple sclerosis completely recovered after severe stress. Similarly, in many cancer patients, certain life circumstances and unusual treatment led to the complete disappearance of cancer.
These stories awakened my curiosity to unravel the mysteries of healing and remission. Since then, my medical practice has been shaped by combining traditional endocrinology with innovative treatments such as fasting, acupuncture, homeopathy, bioresonance diagnostics and treatment – Nonlinear System Analysis (using Nilisa or Metatron technologies) and intermittent hypoxic training.
Working with a patient often resembles a complex game of chess. Every move requires precision and understanding of when to apply a technique, be it acupuncture, homeopathy or cutting-edge bioresonance technology. Recovery is a step-by-step process, and every decision matters. For me, science is the foundation, healing is the goal, and innovation is the bridge between the two. This philosophy underpins my clinical practice and inspires my presentations at international anti-aging conferences and symposia.
The Path to Intermittent Hypoxia Training (IHT)
I first encountered IHT in 1978 at a scientific conference in Moscow. There, leading researchers were discussing its application in training cosmonauts and Olympic athletes. I realized then that this method was not just for the elite – it was a powerful tool for everyone.
By 1993, I had introduced IHT to my patients in London. This therapy is an ideal complement to conventional medicine. Its ability to enhance the function of mitochondria – the energy producers of our cells – is unrivaled in its potential to rejuvenate the body and prolong life.
Spontaneous remissions: the goal of my research.
Achieving spontaneous remission requires creating deep and systemic metabolic shifts in the body. This is achieved by properly selecting IHT.
Frequently repeated metabolic shifts (work like exercises for mitochondria!) consisting of switching from oxygen to anoxic energy production (this is the subtlety of IHT!) significantly improve mitochondrial function, which helps the body use oxygen more efficiently. Efficient use of oxygen is the main cornerstone of both rejuvenation and longevity.
The second most important change for recovery occurs due to the first – this is the normalization of brain plasticity after the elimination of pathological neural connections, In chronic diseases, breaking these connections is the most important step on the path to recovery.
These transformative processes are rooted in the fundamental biochemical reactions of the body: oxidation and reduction. Aging is essentially oxidation – akin to the rusting of metal or the rotting of fruit. While oxygen maintains life, excessive oxygen consumption accelerates aging! Conversely, reducing oxidative stress slows aging and creates an optimal environment for healing.
The Key to Longevity
Our job as healers is to master the oxidation and reduction processes in which oxygen is the main player! By harnessing the body’s natural ability to use oxygen efficiently, we can eventually achieve spontaneous remission. This balance is not only the key to healing, but also to living a longer, healthier life.
By combining traditional and innovative approaches, I continue to strive for a future where healing and rejuvenation are available to everyone.
