Can you tell more about ‘Business Mom International’? What is the mission?
Nowadays we need more feminine energy in the world. We need mothers to stand up in their greatness. That’s why I founded ‘Business Mom International’. To help moms discover and use their talents. If they are already active as entrepreneurs, I help them remove blocks to enable them to flourish and scale up their businesses. I teach them how to take action, step by step, to structure their business, make smart decisions, and make more money. All while balancing their personal lifestyle. If moms live up to their ambition everywhere in the world, they will contribute to the socio-economic development of their communities. I am convinced that moms can be successful with their Company without sacrificing the well-being of their family.

Can you walk me through your typical work day?
I start the day with me-time, meditation and a prayer. Then I go for a short walk or to the gym. Me-time is very important for good health and spiritual balance. After that I take care of my family and prepare breakfast. I love the fact that I can bring my daughter to school every day. Then I spend 5 to 6 hours working in and on my business, serving my clients with joy. Then it’s family time again. If an issue comes up during family time, I rely on my team. If I can do all this successfully, you can too!
What are your views on goals, timelines, and measuring success?
I believe that in both life and in business, a Business Mom should have goals to move forward. Something to hold yourself accountable. Without goals, you’re like a ship without course. Timelines are good if they are realistic. Most of us tend to chase unrealistic goals in too short a timeline. And that frustrates us. Business requires more patience than we expect. We need to let go, so that energy can flow where it needs to, to bring the results we want. Measure your success by your own standards. Do not compare yourself with anybody else. Your own situation and perspective make your results unique and achievable in a different timeline, even if the goals are the same.
What would you say is your greatest professional accomplishment to date?
My greatest achievement to date is when I decided to fully focus on ‘Business Mom International’ and quit my job as a Social Legal Advisor. I made this decision primarily to be there for my daughter, but also to serve the world with my life experience as a female entrepreneur, mother and Business Mom Life Coach. Instead of advising 28 people per week, I am now communicating inspiring words and lessons all over the world. ‘Global Woman Club’ is a blessing in my life. I’m so grateful that my coach made the suggestion – nearly a year ago – to meet Giovana at the ‘Global Woman Club Amsterdam’ breakfast. I was hooked and here I am today on stage! It’s awesome how life can change if you just believe and follow your gut feeling. Today I am serving the world doing what I love and enjoying every day with our princess.
How do you balance your personal and professional life?
I want to be successful both as a mom and a woman. I know what it’s like to have ambitions and not be able to make them happen. So, living in a balanced way is my highest priority – in both
my personal and professional life. Otherwise, I’m not on top of my game. As a happy mom of our five-year-old daughter, I always tell my clients to take care of their family and themselves. How do I do it? My husband and I have agreed to share tasks. My business is 50% online, which is convenient because it enables me to be home often. Beyond this, I consciously plan my me-time and holidays, which is very important for me to regain my focus. I keep sight of what I want to achieve in my company and my life, while at the same time being thoughtful of the happiness of my family and team.
What is the greatest obstacle you have faced in achieving the success you desire?
My greatest obstacle as a coach is people’s limiting beliefs. People tell themselves what they cannot do instead of what is possible in the situations they face. I also find that people project their own limiting beliefs onto me. People telling me I am too ambitious, I am moving too fast, etc. I always answer them with positive and limitless words, because possibilities become real the moment you put them into words and say them out loud. One of the secrets I share is how to recognise opportunities – how to move through life from a place of possibility, love and kindness. If you master that, you have a way forward. And from what I can tell, it has a multiplying effect.
What inspired you to join the Global Woman Club Amsterdam?
Well to begin with, none of us would be here today if it weren’t for Mirela Sula. She continues to chase her dreams and inspire us all. My coach “pushed” me to attend and the inspirational energy encourages and empowers me every time. ‘Global Woman Club’ is for all women to achieve greater wealth, health and success. Of course, I found the most amazing and wonderful Director in Giovana. And what attracted me the most is the fact the we share the same values. My wish for all gifted and talented Business Moms worldwide is for them to stand on their feet and be financially independent. Join Global Woman Club. Find your way and be successful!!
