We are all expected to innovate in whatever we do, bring new products, new services, find efficiencies, do more with less, motivate and engage the employees, create excellence in customer service, adopt new ways of working, make good use of technologies in the digital age. The big question is HOW? How do you innovate?
Join us in London to learn Design Thinking as a mindset and process for innovation. You don’t have to be a designer to be a design thinker. Come and practise methods and tools as used by Apple, Google, P&G, Intuit, Fidelity, Barclays, Cisco, SAP, UNDP and other organisations that have innovation in every cell of the organisation and not just R&D.
You will learn by doing:
The key stages in the Design Thinking innovation process.
Key methods and tools for each stage of the process.
How to adopt a design thinking mindset.
How to lead a team to work smart, efficiently and innovatively.
How to integrate Design Thinking in your work with your clients and customers.
We all have experienced getting excited during a workshop and once we are back to our desks, it is business as usual. That’s why we stopped doing “just workshops”. Following the two days, you will be part of our virtual programme, which gives you access to tools as you need them and 2 `Design Thinking Innovation coaching sessions. We will be there to help you use the new knowledge and skills in your own work context.

Managers, project leaders, and anybody passionate to learn and innovate. Design Thinking loves teams. Bring a colleague with you and get more out of it.
Certificate Awarded:
Gconsultancy Innovation is a IOEE Academy. At the completition of the course, you will be able to obtain an IOEE certificate, which is recognised in the UK and internationally (at an additional cost of £65).
