We aim to unite professional women around the world, regardless of their age, culture or race. To encourage them to stand in their power, invest in themselves and grow their skills and abilities by learning and leadership development.
We do this by providing a safe, caring and supportive environment in which women can get support and services; take part in events, training and activities and become active in bringing about change for themselves and the society.
Education leads to empowerment. We provide women with access to a wide variety of information, knowledge and opportunities to implement them so they can make the right decisions.
Global Woman Business Club helps women to build their confidence and belief that they can be successful in whatever they do. We help them build their brand

About Alexandra Badita
Getting to know Alexandra, her background, her business now, how she got to know and became involved with Global Woman, and then the Regional Director. Why she loves it and her own vision and personal perspective for growing Global Woman Club in Bucharest and connecting globally.
ALEXANDRA BADITA is originally from Romania and has always considered herself a global woman. After studying in Finland, she moved to the UK to follow her career.
Alex graduated from Journalism and Advertising and worked for almost eight years in digital project management. Her journey and experiences brought her on the path of personal development, where she found her true purpose.
Alex is the founder of her brand Impressivity and is on a mission to empower women to love themselves, boost their confidence and self-esteem and live their impressive potential. She published her book “Write your way to happiness”, is an international speaker and runs workshops, corporate trainings and retreats all over the world.
As a self-esteem Coach, her signature tool is expressive writing for healing and well-being and she is passionate about encouraging people to put pen to paper in order to get in touch with their true selves.
While living in London, Alex came across Global Woman in January 2018. “I met Connie (Paris Director) and Mirela, at an exhibition and they invited me to the following breakfast. I was simply astonished by the loving energy, the unconditional support and great women gathered in the same room, that I felt called to join the Global Woman family right there and then.”

When the opportunity came to relocate back to Bucharest after 3 years living in London, Alex instantly wanted to make Global Woman Club part of the journey. “Women in business and entrepreneurship will absolutely love this platform in my home country, there is so much potential to grow and support the ladies in Romania and this energy needs to be spread”.
