- Place your hand gently on your throat.
- Breathe into your heart, then exhale and gently chant “HAM” (pronounced “HUM”).
- Feel the vibration under your hand.
- Repeat 3–12 times, each time with more awareness and intention.
- Finally, say aloud: “I speak my truth with love and alignment.”
