Parveen, your journey from overcoming a life-changing illness to becoming a global wellness leader is inspiring. Can you share how that experience shaped your approach to health and wellbeing?

I knew there was a way to recover from my health conditions; I just needed to find the right way. I didn’t want to die, I didn’t want to stay disabled. 28 years ago, I had a split pelvis through childbirth, and I was given a 50/50 chance of ever walking again with or without surgery. I refused surgery as the outcome was neither here nor there. There was no guarantee that I could ever walk again. It was one of the most horrific and acutely painful times of my life. I recovered after 4.5 years and learned to walk again. My second disability hit me a few years later, and I couldn’t breathe, whereby an ambulance was called and I lost all of my independence once again. Against all odds, I made it. I recovered in 2 years rather than having a lifetime of disability. When I discovered these tools, I shared them with others who wanted to learn how to heal their lives, whether on an emotional, mental, physical, or even soulful level. When your body is in pain, your emotions and mindset can also become troubled. There often comes a moment or experience when you realise that there is so much more to life. Some frequencies and energies can elevate your whole being. Finding these tools, applying them, and making positive changes for myself and for others was a profound journey.

Soul 2 Soul Wellbeing has impacted lives globally. What makes your approach to wellness unique and effective for diverse audiences, including CEOs, coaches, and entrepreneurs?

The approach is unique because it involves a blueprint that saved my life. I had a calling and a mission to change lives through my wellness sessions, Mind Mastery Program, and AOT. These are connected to many universal laws, and the teachings came to me for the right reasons. Within me, there is a profound spiritual and holistic aspect that is inherited, which is why the blueprint was given, so I believe. The Mind Mastery Program is also very unique, and I know what happened to me changed everything. This is what I offer in the program for success, life, and empowerment.

You emphasize the importance of addressing emotional and mental well-being, especially for younger generations. What specific strategies do you recommend to promote emotional resilience in youth?

Supporting our younger generations with emotional and mental well-being is crucial. By helping them navigate their educational years with reduced stress and anxiety, they can achieve more academically and in their future careers. Understanding this now will enable them to manage their future and live happier, fulfilling lives as they integrate into society.

In my book, Transformative Path, we guide individuals through numerous steps, focusing on recognising the signs and symptoms of emotional and mental challenges. By understanding these symptoms, they can seek the appropriate support when needed. Transformative Path offers many steps to assist personal growth on both emotional and mental levels.
Our younger generations have become accustomed to indoor activities, such as playing on their phones or games. The book encourages outdoor activities for better emotional and mental health, as well as promoting communication and socialisation. It provides strategies that young people use frequently to enhance their well-being.

Your work has gained widespread recognition, including features on PBS, BBC News, Sky TV, and ITV. How has this media exposure contributed to your mission of promoting wellness?

My professional work and expertise, along with my humanitarian initiatives, have been featured across various television channels due to my unwavering commitment to humanitarian causes. I am recognised as an expert in my field and as a leader in wellness. This recognition has resulted in frequent invitations from magazines and organisations to speak at conferences. Having personally navigated the challenges associated with the topics I address, I understand the importance of supporting others in their journeys. I believe that if I can successfully overcome these obstacles, then others can also achieve success.

With over 20 years dedicated to humanitarian work, what motivates you to continue making such a profound impact on others’ lives?

I am deeply passionate about my humanitarian work, whether it involves aiding communities in earthquake zones, where people struggle for food, shelter, and water, or assisting those in war zones, where access to food and electricity is limited. Twenty years ago, I faced a moment that could have cost me my life, and I believe that my passion and purpose for being alive is to help others align their body, mind, and soul for better health. If I can contribute to improving society and helping others, I will do so wholeheartedly.

Your vision includes empowering CEO’s, Coaches, and Businesses to navigate life without suffering in silence. What future initiatives are you planning to further this mission?

My work is focused on encompassing a wholesome approach with the mind, body and soul. I believe that if we want to move forward with a positive attitude in our currently chaotic world, we must start with the inner work, the body can rejuvenate and heal from traumas and anxieties, and it is not a quick fix, but a prolonged fix. Mentoring has been a passion of mine for quite some time, as my work began in education. I love to support mental health and well-being, as this is crucial for all to live a successful life. I am dedicated to initiatives that support these goals, whether through our programs or by promoting wellness in the body through our offerings to get greater outcomes.

For individuals seeking to embark on their journey of transformation, what advice would you offer to help them take the first step?

For individuals seeking to embark on a transformation journey, it’s essential to start from within. Everything begins within us—our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls. When we align ourselves with peace, love, and understanding, the outside world becomes more successful for us. I truly believe that transformation starts from within. Our resilience takes us to the next level when we go through challenging times.

I suggest seeking guidance from the right coach, mentor, or healer who can help you find the right space for growth. I have completely transformed my life for the better and can attest to the power of the tools we use—they are truly groundbreaking and transformative when experienced.
