From Sleepless to Sovereign: How One Woman Turned Her Healing into a Movement
She didn’t set out to become a wellness advocate. In fact, for years, Princess Lami’ah Momoh was simply trying to survive—navigating sleepless nights, relentless fatigue, and the quiet heartbreak of watching her mother face a disease with no cure. But in the midst of exhaustion and unanswered questions, she discovered something unexpected: a small, non-invasive technology that would not only transform her health, but ignite a deeper purpose.
Today, Princess Lami’ah is more than well—she’s a voice of hope in a noisy world, leading a movement rooted in compassion, authenticity, and natural healing. Her story isn’t just about recovery—it’s about reclaiming power, and helping others do the same.
Can you share your personal journey—what led you to become a wellness advocate?
My journey into wellness came from a deeply personal place. For years, I struggled with chronic sleep issues, night after night of tossing and turning, and the exhaustion that spilt into every part of my life. I was reliant on sleeping pills just to get by, but they left me feeling disconnected, drained, and like I was merely existing, not living.
At the same time, I was watching my mother journey through Alzheimer’s, a condition for which there is still no cure. As her daughter, I felt helpless. I wanted to find something, anything that could support her wellbeing in a meaningful, natural way.
Those two experiences lit a fire in me. I started searching for holistic solutions that could support the body’s healing processes without relying solely on pharmaceuticals. That’s when I discovered a wellness technology that changed everything for me: a small, non-invasive patch that supports the body’s ability to repair and restore itself—naturally. Within weeks, I noticed better sleep, clearer thinking, and more energy. I knew I had found something special.
Becoming a Wellness Advocate wasn’t planned; it was personal. Now, I’m passionate about helping others, especially those like me who feel overlooked by traditional solutions. Everyone deserves the chance to feel better, and I’m here to help them find it.
Why is it important to explore natural, drug-free methods for healing and vitality in today’s world?
Now more than ever, people are looking for ways to feel better that are sustainable, safe, and in alignment with how the body was designed to function. Our modern world is fast-paced, high-stress, and heavily medicated, yet many are still struggling with fatigue, pain, burnout, and chronic health issues.
That’s why natural, drug-free methods are so important. They give the body a chance to do what it was created to do: heal, regenerate, and rebalance, without adding more chemicals or creating dependency.
I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when we give the body the right environment and gentle support. It’s not just about managing symptoms, it’s about awakening the body’s intelligence.
More people are realising that true vitality doesn’t come in a pill. It comes from nurturing ourselves holistically, physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.
As a Wellness Advocate, I believe we all deserve access to tools that empower us, not just treat us. Natural solutions may not replace medical care, but they can work alongside it to create deeper, longer-lasting wellbeing.
How do you define empowered leadership in the wellness space?
Empowered leadership in the wellness space is about leading from integrity, compassion, and lived experience. It’s not about having all the answers, it’s about being courageous enough to seek truth, share tools that work, and walk alongside others on their healing journey.
For me, empowered leadership means embodying what I teach. I don’t just recommend solutions, I use them. I’ve felt the pain of burnout, sleepless nights, and watching loved ones suffer. So when I speak about natural healing, it comes from a place of authenticity and deep personal understanding.
It also means lifting others. True leadership is never about being the “expert at the top” it’s about creating space for others to rise, reclaim their wellbeing, and realise they have more power than they’ve been told.
In this space, empowered leaders stay open, heart-centered, and focused on service. We listen more than we speak, lead with love, and never forget that healing is sacred.
That’s the kind of leadership I strive for, one that is rooted in wholeness, community, and the belief that everyone deserves to thrive.
For someone who’s wellness-curious or looking for an extra income stream, how can they get involved in what you do?
Great question! I always say, whether you’re here for your wellbeing or you’re looking to support others while earning, there’s space for you.
I work with a simple but powerful wellness technology that supports the body naturally, without drugs or supplements. Many people start by trying it for themselves, especially if they’re dealing with things like low energy, discomfort, or stress. Once they experience the results, it often becomes something they naturally want to share.
For those who are also looking for an additional income stream, there’s a unique opportunity to partner with me. It’s flexible, low-risk, and rooted in something meaningful: helping people feel better. You don’t need to be a wellness expert, you just need to care about people and be willing to share what’s helped you.
I provide mentorship, tools, and a supportive community to walk with you every step of the way.
If someone feels a nudge of curiosity, whether for themselves or as a side income, they’re always welcome to reach out. I’m happy to share more and help them take the first step.
What are some of the most compelling studies or scientific insights you often share with your clients?
One of the things I love most about the wellness patch I share is that it’s backed by real science. When I speak with clients, I often highlight the 80 patents and the peer-reviewed clinical studies that explore how this technology supports the body in areas like stem cell activity, inflammation reduction, energy levels, and improved sleep quality.
What’s particularly fascinating is how the patch uses light, yes, light!, to stimulate specific biological responses. It works through a process called photobiomodulation, which is a well-established area of science. Essentially, the patch reflects specific wavelengths of light back into the skin, triggering a chain of positive responses like boosting a naturally occurring copper peptide that’s linked to regeneration and repair.
One double-blind placebo-controlled study even showed a significant improvement in mobility and quality of life within weeks of use. For something so small and non-invasive, the outcomes are truly impressive.
I always encourage people to look at the research themselves. It’s available and easy to understand. And once they do, they often say: “Why haven’t I heard of this before?”
What advice would you give to busy professionals trying to improve their health without turning their lives upside down?
Start small and start with something that fits into your life, not flips it upside down. One of the biggest misconceptions about health is that it requires massive change or loads of extra time. The truth is, it’s often the small, consistent shifts that create the biggest impact.
For busy professionals, I always recommend looking for simple, high-return habits that support the body naturally, like proper hydration, quality sleep, deep breathing, and non-invasive tools that work in the background as you go about your day.
That’s why I love the wellness patch I use and share, it doesn’t require swallowing pills, changing your schedule, or carving out extra hours. You just wear it, and it works with your body while you focus on work, family, or life.
My biggest advice? Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Your health is the foundation of everything you’re building. The best thing you can do for your career, your family, and yourself is to invest in your energy, clarity, and resilience starting today, with something doable.
How do you see your work creating ripple effects beyond just physical health?
Wellness goes far deeper than just feeling physically well, it touches every area of life. When someone starts to sleep better, experience less pain, or feel more energized, something powerful happens: their confidence returns, their relationships improve, and their sense of possibility expands.
I’ve seen people go from simply coping to thriving, not just in their bodies, but in their minds, emotions, and purpose. They become more present with their families, more productive in their work, and more connected to themselves. That’s the real ripple effect.
For me personally, the work I do is also about restoring hope, especially for those who’ve been told they just have to “live with it.” When people discover that their body can still heal, still respond, still thrive, it changes how they see themselves and what they believe is possible.
That shift radiates outward. It affects families, communities, and even how people show up in the world. And that’s what drives me, it’s not just about wellness, it’s about wholeness.
What daily or weekly habits do you swear by for sustaining wellness and mental clarity?
For me, maintaining wellness and mental clarity is about creating a solid foundation that supports both my body and mind, without overwhelming myself. Here are a few of the habits I swear by:
Morning Mindfulness – I start each day with a moment of stillness, whether it’s a few minutes of deep breathing, gratitude journaling, or meditation. It helps me center myself and set a positive tone for the day.
Quality Hydration – Staying hydrated is one of the easiest ways to maintain clarity and energy. I make it a point to drink water throughout the day, and I’ve recently added electrolytes to keep my body in balance.
Regular Movement – Whether it’s a brisk walk on the treadmill, yoga, or stretching, I make sure to move my body daily. It doesn’t have to be intense, but it helps release tension and keeps my energy flowing.
Mindful Eating – I focus on nourishing my body with whole foods, avoiding processed items. Taking time to eat mindfully and listen to my body’s signals has helped me feel more energized and grounded.
Restorative Sleep – I’m big on quality sleep. I make sure I get 6 hours of rest each night and focus on sleep hygiene, no screens before bed, creating a calm environment, and winding down in a way that signals to my body it’s time to rest.
Using Non-Invasive Wellness Tools – I wear a wellness patch daily, which supports my body’s natural healing and energy flow. It’s been a game changer for me, helping with mental clarity, energy, and overall well being.
Weekly Reflection – At the end of each week, I take some time to reflect on how I’m feeling physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s a simple but powerful way to stay connected with myself and realign if anything feels off.
These habits help me stay grounded, clear, and energized throughout the week. Consistency is key, but it’s also about making wellness a part of your lifestyle, not a checklist or a task.
If someone is skeptical but curious, what’s the best first step they can take?
I totally understand skepticism, it’s normal to question new things, especially when it comes to our health. The best first step for someone who’s curious but uncertain is to try it for themselves, without any pressure.
I always recommend starting with an open mind and giving the wellness patch a try. It’s non-invasive, easy to use, and doesn’t require any huge lifestyle changes. If they’re open to it, they can simply wear the patch and observe how their body responds. Most people start to notice small but meaningful shifts in energy, sleep, and clarity within just a few days.
I also encourage them to ask questions, dig into the science, and explore the clinical studies behind the technology. Knowledge is powerful, and the more informed you are, the more comfortable you’ll feel with your decision.
The key is to take that first step, try something new, observe how it makes them feel, and see if it aligns with their wellness goals. No pressure, just a genuine exploration of what might work for them.
