The Mistake I Made with My Worth Level — and How I Fixed It

A personal journey through shame, sabotage, and self-reclamation

I thought I had done the work. I had built the business, helped the clients, raised my prices, and even reached financial milestones I used to dream about. But something still wasn’t working.

Every time I reached a new level of success, I would find a way to quietly undercut it. I would stop marketing at the peak of my visibility. I’d resist receiving support. I’d spend impulsively to balance out what I had earned. Deep down, I didn’t feel worthy of holding it.

And this is the mistake I made with my worth level: I believed it would fix itself once I arrived. I thought if I worked hard enough, proved myself enough, made enough money, the worth would follow.

It didn’t. Because worth is not the reward. It’s the foundation.

I’m Alina Hlipcă-Radovici, Mind Reprogramming and Success Expert, and founder of the yourmoneymaster method. I help women reprogram the hidden blocks around money, success, and self-worth so they can lead with clarity, power, and joy.

And today, I want to walk you through the real reason so many high-performing entrepreneurs still struggle with under-earning, emotional burnout, or imposter syndrome—and how to fix it from the root.

1. I Outsourced My Worth to Results

Like many women, I was raised to equate value with performance. So I built my identity around doing more, fixing more, proving more. If I got results, I felt good. If I didn’t, I collapsed internally.

The problem is, this makes your worth conditional. You feel powerful when things go well—but one dip in income, one failed launch, and suddenly your whole self-image collapses.

What I did to shift it: I started practicing unconditional worth daily. I sat with the discomfort of not doing, not fixing, not achieving. And I reprogrammed my inner language.

Instead of saying, “I am valuable because I help people,” I began saying: “I am valuable because I exist.”

In the yourmoneymaster method, this is a core practice: separating your identity from your output. It feels radical at first. But it’s the only way to create sustainable, unshakable success.

2. I Confused Visibility with Vulnerability

As my platform grew, I started to pull back. I thought I was protecting my peace, but really, I was hiding.

Visibility triggered old wounds. What if they judged me? What if they saw through me? What if they left?

So I shared less. I sold less. And the business plateaued.

What I did to shift it: I stopped trying to perform safety and started building it inside myself. I used brain reprogramming to work with the part of me that associated visibility with punishment.

I reminded my nervous system: “Being seen is not a threat. Being seen is a gift.”

Now, when I share, I do it from groundedness, not fear. From self-connection, not survival.

If this sounds familiar, know this: You don’t have to disappear to stay safe. You just need to make safety internal, not situational.

3. I Treated Money as Evidence Instead of Energy

For a long time, money felt like a final grade. If I earned more, I passed. If I didn’t, I failed.

This made me obsessive and avoidant at the same time. I was always watching, measuring, judging.

What I did to shift it: I began relating to money as relationship, not report card. I stopped asking, “What does this say about me?” and started asking, “How can I co-create with this?”

This small reframe changed everything. I started to receive with gratitude instead of guilt. I invested from alignment instead of fear. I made space for overflow, not just survival.

In the yourmoneymaster method, we teach this as emotional financial literacy: learning to hold money with intimacy, not anxiety.

The Real Fix: Reprogramming the Inner Limit

The biggest shift didn’t come from more effort. It came from brain reprogramming.

I stopped treating worthiness like a mindset issue and started treating it like a neurological imprint. Because that’s what it is.

Most of us internalized our worth level between ages 3 and 7. We learned who we needed to be to receive love, safety, and approval. Those programs don’t disappear with affirmations. They need rewiring at the root.

Inside the yourmoneymaster method, we use science-backed tools to:

  • Identify the exact emotional blueprint that’s capping your income.
  • Rewire the subconscious beliefs around value, earning, and receiving.
  • Anchor new identity pathways so success feels safe, sustainable, and joyful.

When I did this work for myself, everything changed. Not because I pushed harder. But because I stopped resisting my own expansion.

I let myself be seen. I let myself be supported. I let myself receive more than I ever had before—without guilt, without apology.

And I want the same for you.

Ready to Reclaim Your Worth Without the Hustle?

If you’re stuck at an income ceiling, if you keep sabotaging your own growth, or if you feel like no amount of success ever feels like “enough”—please know:

It’s not that you’re broken. It’s that your subconscious still thinks safety lives in the smaller version of you.

But you can change that.

With brain reprogramming, emotional safety, and identity work, you can raise your worth level permanently. And from there? Everything flows differently.

You lead differently. You charge differently. You receive differently.

And most of all, you remember who you are: not just a helper, not just a doer, but a powerful creator of your own experience.

If this speaks to you, and you’re ready to stop outsourcing your worth and start expanding from the inside out, DM me the word WORTH and I’ll show you how we shift this inside the yourmoneymaster method.

Because your worth is not up for negotiation. It’s not up for debate. It’s already here.

Let’s bring it home.
