You’re known as The Chakra Coach—can you share how your journey with energy healing began and how it evolved into the work you do today?

My journey with energy healing began long before I ever realised it. As a Mental Projector with a 5/1 profile in Human Design, I was born to guide and help others align with their highest potential. But it was after recovering from heroin addiction that things really shifted.

I became a beauty and complementary therapist, naturally drawn to healing through touch. But when I was introduced to energy work—especially Reiki and meditation—it activated something deeper. The Chakra System felt less like something I learned, and more like something I remembered.

It gave me language for what I’d always intuitively known: that our energy holds the key to our emotional healing, clarity, and power. By working through my own chakra blocks, I rewrote the subconscious stories that had kept me stuck in over giving, burnout, and low self-worth. That’s when I stopped living on autopilot and started leading my life—and business—with alignment.

Now, I help high-achieving women do the same. Because alignment isn’t a luxury—it’s the foundation for sustainable success, intuitive leadership, and a life that actually feels good to live.

You work with high-achieving women and leaders—what are some common energetic blocks or mindset patterns you see, and how do you help them break through?

The three most common energetic blocks I see in high-achieving women are:

Fear – a root chakra block that often shows up as fear of success, visibility, or judgment. It creates self-sabotage and keeps women playing small, even when they know they’re meant for more.

Unworthiness – the emotional wound of the sacral chakra. It’s one of the biggest drivers of burnout. Women over give, overachieve, and undervalue themselves because they subconsciously believe they have to earn their worth.

Doubt – a solar plexus block that weakens confidence and disconnects women from their inner power. It’s one of the greatest killers of dreams in female leadership.

These blocks disconnect women from what I call their Feminine Code, intuitive gifts like compassion, intuition, and flow. The traditional model of leadership is rooted in hierarchy and masculine structure, but women are cyclical beings. When we align our energy, we lead in a completely different way, one that is deeply powerful and sustainable.

I help my clients clear these blocks by identifying the root cause, the when, where, and why these beliefs were formed. Through intuitive energy connection, I access the subconscious patterns running the show. From there, we build a customised path to alignment, based on their unique energy and life experience.

This work unlocks their full potential, not just in business, but in every area of life.

How do you blend ancient chakra wisdom with modern coaching techniques in your programs and sessions?

The Chakra System is over 3,000 years old, and still one of the most powerful frameworks we have for understanding the relationship between our energy, emotions, and results.

I use it as a lens to decode my clients’ unique energetic patterns. Each chakra governs a key area of life; safety, worth, identity, love, truth, vision, purpose, and when one is blocked, it shows up in how we think, feel, and behave.

By mapping modern mindset challenges like burnout, self-sabotage, or imposter syndrome back to specific chakra imbalances, I help my clients “join the dots” of their life story. We identify where their beliefs were formed, how they’ve been conditioned, and what energetic patterns are holding them back.

Then we use the chakra system as a reverse-engineering tool to rebuild from a place of alignment, upgrading their emotional intelligence, shifting their paradigms, and anchoring in high-frequency states that create magnetic results.

This is where ancient wisdom meets modern leadership, and the transformation is nothing short of life-changing.

As a best-selling author and international storyteller, how does storytelling play a role in your healing and coaching work?

Storytelling is at the heart of everything I do. It’s one of the most powerful tools we have for connection, healing, and transformation.

A well-told story doesn’t just inform, it transmits. And when that story is rooted in lived experience, not theory, it lands with depth. It creates trust. It opens people up.

My clients often tell me that hearing my story is what gave them the courage to look at their own. It creates a safe space for vulnerability and reflection, the starting point for all true transformation.

Through storytelling, I help women see themselves more clearly, feel seen, and remember who they truly are beneath the conditioning.

It’s more than just a method, it’s medicine.

In a world driven by performance and profit, why do you believe energetic alignment and emotional intelligence are essential for leadership?

Because the old model is broken.

For too long, leadership has clung to toxic paradigms born from a patriarchal system, one built on hierarchy, linear progress, and control. Power sits at the top. Everyone else serves it.

That model was never designed to support wholeness. It was built for survival, not expansion. And it only works for the few, at the cost of the many.

Energetic alignment and emotional intelligence aren’t just personal tools, they’re the blueprint for a collective shift. They restore what’s been missing: balance, unity, and integrity. They allow leaders to operate from clarity, connection, and flow, not force.

We’ve been sold the lie of separation, but at a soul level, we crave something more. We crave the wisdom of cyclical, matriarchal systems, where power is shared, where intuition and compassion are strengths, and where leadership serves the whole, not just the self.

Masculine and feminine energy were never meant to compete. In their divine form, they complement and complete each other.

This is what I call “aligned conscious leadership” and, it’s what the world is crying out for.

If we can embody this shift in leadership, it will ripple into families, communities, and global systems. It will allow future generations to grow beyond the trauma we’ve inherited, finally free to thrive, not just survive.

You’re certified in multiple modalities—how do you decide which tools to use for each client or situation?

This is where my intuitive healing expertise comes into play.

No two clients are the same, and neither are their blockages. Some energetic patterns have been running for decades, rooted deep in the subconscious, reinforced by layers of life experience. My role is to tune in and identify what’s really driving the imbalance.

Through intuitive connection, I can sense the attachments, emotional hooks, and energetic signatures that need attention. From there, I draw from the tools and modalities that will serve that client best, whether it’s chakra work, subconscious reprogramming, or guided energetic realignment.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. True transformation requires precision and personalisation.

The development work I offer is always tailored, always evolving, and I’m continuously deepening my practice so that I can meet each woman exactly where she is, and guide her toward exactly where she’s meant to be.

Can you walk us through what a transformational session or journey looks like with you?

Once I’ve connected with a potential client and confirmed alignment, we begin with an energy alignment session.

They bring their main concern and desired outcome to the table, this gives me a starting point when I connect with their energy and higher self.

During the session, I use my body as a surrogate while holding the client’s intention. I receive information through clairsentience (a deep inner knowing), as well as through visions and sounds. This allows me to access their subconscious and uncover memories, patterns, and emotional blocks that are keeping old programs in play.

This awareness is the turning point. It reveals the root causes of their negative conditioning and highlights where healing, such as forgiveness or release, is needed. From there, we align the chakras back to their optimal flow.

After the session, the client receives detailed notes, including any channelled intuitive messages and a personalised development protocol, this often includes tuning forks, mindset shifts, and specific emotional focus points.

Two weeks later, they receive a top-up session so I can assess how their energy is integrating and whether deeper work is needed on the original blockage.

A key part of this journey is helping the client start to recognise their thought patterns, emotional triggers, and conditioned behaviours in real time. That’s where the magic really begins, because once you understand the old programming, you can rewire it.

And from there, you don’t just shift your energy, you reshape your entire reality.

What advice would you give to ambitious women who feel disconnected from their inner power but don’t know where to start?

I’d begin by asking her, how is this disconnection showing up in your life? Where is it costing you the most? And what does being connected to your true inner power look and feel like to you?

Because inner power is deeply personal. It’s shaped by our unique desires, and yet so many women have inherited a distorted version of power, one rooted in masculine ideals of dominance, control, and overexertion.

But feminine power is different. In its divine state, it’s magnetic, intuitive, nurturing, and deeply wise.

Once we acknowledge that distinction, the next step is applying it to her vision, what alignment looks like for her life, her leadership, her purpose.

And no matter where she’s starting from, I’d make sure she understands this:
That feeling of disconnection?
It’s not weakness.
It’s a signal.
A soul-level knowing that more is available, and the very fact she feels it means she’s already begun the journey back to herself.

You speak about “leading from the inside out”—what does that truly mean, and how does it shift the way women lead?

Leading from the inside out means leading from truth, not performance.

It’s about embodying authenticity, integrity, and alignment, not just using those words, but living them. When we align our energy through the chakra system, bringing each energy centre into its optimal flow, those qualities become our natural state, not something we have to force.

It’s also where we activate energetic polarity, the divine balance between masculine and feminine energy. And when that happens, women awaken to what I call “The Feminine Code”, superpowers like intuition, compassion, magnetism, and flow.

These aren’t soft skills. They are leadership essentials that expand our influence and deepen our impact.

This doesn’t just change how women lead, it changes the leadership dynamic entirely. Men begin to see the power of true feminine energy. They collaborate differently, co-create more consciously, and support new models of leadership rooted in wholeness, not hierarchy.

This is the evolution of leadership the world is ready for.

What’s your vision for the future of leadership, and how do you see your work contributing to that evolution?

My vision is a world led by women and men who are aligned, mind, body, and spirit. Anchored in their truth, and unapologetically guided by emotional intelligence, intuition, and compassion.

The future of leadership isn’t about climbing higher, it’s about going deeper.
Deeper into self-awareness.
Deeper into energetic alignment.
Deeper into the values that create real, lasting change.

We’re shifting away from outdated, hierarchical models built on force, fear, and separation,
and stepping into a new era of conscious, cyclical leadership rooted in unity, wholeness, and integrity.

And alignment isn’t just for leaders. It starts with them, but it spreads. Because aligned leaders inspire alignment in everyone they touch. Their teams, their families, their communities.
That’s how we transform the collective.
