Can you share your journey into digital marketing, branding, and fashion design? What inspired you to pursue these fields?

Growing up with entrepreneurial parents, I was always driven toward business. I knew that to build a successful company, I needed a strong product. That realization led me to pursue marketing courses to gain the skills necessary to market and sell my products effectively.
Once I completed my studies, I founded BLK Boost, a marketing agency specializing in branding, content creation, and digital strategy. I worked with F&B companies, helped build brands, and created campaigns that today are displayed on billboards, commercials, and major business platforms. Seeing my work come to life in such impactful ways has been one of my proudest achievements.
As I worked closely with female entrepreneurs, I noticed a recurring challenge: many women struggled to find corporate attire that was both stylish and professional. Inspired by this gap in the market, I launched Debonair by Andrea BLK, a black-and-white collection of suits, dresses, and perfumes. My perfume line is particularly special, as it was created in memory of my father, who instilled in me the values of business and entrepreneurship.
To promote my brand and support other women on their entrepreneurial journeys, I founded Goldn Ladies Club—a networking platform that provides the resources, tools, and support system I once needed myself. Through this community, I aim to empower women to launch and scale their businesses with confidence.
What are the key branding mistakes businesses make, and how can they avoid them?
One of the biggest mistakes businesses make is undervaluing their brand identity. Many focus solely on their product without investing in a strong branding strategy.
A well-crafted brand with a clear identity, compelling visuals, and a strong message positions a product higher in the market, making it more desirable and trustworthy. No matter how amazing a product is, if branding is weak, people won’t notice or trust it.
Businesses should prioritize professional branding, ensuring their logo, packaging, messaging, and overall aesthetics align with their target audience and market positioning.
My inspiration came directly from the women I worked with. In every business meeting, the conversation would eventually shift to fashion struggles—finding the right business attire was a common challenge.
Many women face issues such as:
• Sizing inconsistencies that don’t accommodate different body shapes.
• Limited options for high-quality, unique business wear.
• The risk of wearing the same outfit as someone else at a professional event.
I wanted to create timeless, high-quality pieces that could be styled for multiple occasions, ensuring women feel confident, empowered, and elegant in any business setting.
What are the biggest challenges female entrepreneurs face today, and how can they overcome them?

One of the biggest challenges is waiting for the “perfect moment” to launch. Many women hesitate to start their businesses because they want everything to be perfect before they take the first step.
I’ve been there. I spent three years searching for the perfect products, constantly refining and adjusting until I realized that perfection is subjective. What seems perfect to one person may not be to another.
The key to overcoming this challenge is to start now. Progress is better than perfection. Launch, test, adjust, and grow.
How do you stay ahead of industry trends in both digital marketing and fashion to ensure your brands remain innovative and relevant?
I stay ahead by continuously educating myself. I actively enroll in marketing courses, attend industry events, and follow emerging trends.
Additionally, I blend digital marketing with traditional marketing, ensuring my strategies remain versatile and adaptive to changing consumer behaviors. Innovation comes from staying informed, experimenting with new ideas, and listening to the needs of my audience.
Just like a house needs a strong foundation to stand, my family is my foundation. When my home life is balanced and nurtured, everything else in my business falls into place.
I prioritize my family while also setting clear boundaries and schedules that allow me to pursue my ambitions without sacrificing quality time with my loved ones. Balance isn’t about perfection—it’s about prioritization and intention.
In five years, I envision my brand expanding across the GCC with a larger team and a strong presence in both the fashion and business industries. My goal is to scale my businesses, create more opportunities for women, and establish Goldn Ladies Club as a leading platform for female entrepreneurs.
Network. Surround yourself with the right people, talk about your ideas, and put yourself out there.
Finding a strong community will give you the motivation and support you need. When you start engaging with like-minded people, you’ll gain solutions, insights, and encouragement, making it easier to overcome doubts and hesitations.
Most importantly, stop waiting for the perfect moment. Perfection is an illusion—what matters is starting. Take the first step, adjust along the way, and success will follow.
