What inspired you to create Empowelle, and what does the name mean to you?

Empowelle was born from both passion and personal experience.
As a mother of four navigating a blended family, I’ve faced many transitions and moments of deep self-doubt. I realized how often women feel isolated during these big life changes, yet what we really need is connection, tools, and a safe space to be seen and empowered.
The name combines “Empower” and “Elle” (French for “she”), to remind us that empowerment begins within her and radiates out to her family, workplace, and community.
You’ve lived and worked across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. How has that shaped the way you connect with people?
Growing up multicultural (Syrian and French) and living across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia taught me that connection begins with curiosity, respect, and adaptability.
It’s given me a deep appreciation for cultural nuances and helped me create spaces where women of all backgrounds feel seen, heard, and valued.
What does “reclaiming your voice” look like in everyday life?
It doesn’t always mean speaking on a stage. For some women, it’s learning to talk to themselves with kindness, set healthier boundaries, reshape their identity or share their stories with their children to model strength and vulnerability.
How do you create spaces where women feel truly seen, heard, and valued?
By fostering safety, connection, and growth. Through Empowelle, I host storytelling circles, immersive workshops, and programs like Reclaim Your Magic that build confidence from the inside out. My approach focuses on empowering women to reconnect with their self-worth and shift their mindset toward growth and courage.
Motherhood is a big part of your story. How has it shaped your leadership?
Motherhood, and particularly the experience of being in a blended family, has strengthened my empathy and taught me to be more mindful with my words and my energy. One of my biggest lessons is this: you can do it all, but not all at the same time.
Another of my non-negotiables is waking up early, before the rest of my family, so I can start my day grounded. Movement, especially dance, keeps me connected to myself and allows me to show up for my family and my work with clarity and joy.
Can you share a moment that reminded you of the impact of your work?
After one of my talks, a woman came up to me and said, “You put into words what I’ve been feeling. I didn’t realize how much I needed to hear that.”
Moments like that are why I do this work—to remind women they’re not alone and to light a path toward their own power.
Many women struggle with balancing ambition, family, and self-care. What advice do you give them?
Balancing everything, family, ambition, and self-care, isn’t easy. What I’ve learned over time is that you can do it all, just not all at once. Prioritization is essential, but even more powerful is learning how to manage your energy, not just your time.
I’ve realized that the energy I bring into each day shapes what I attract, whether it’s connection, opportunity, or overwhelm. And that energy begins with self-care. For me, it starts with movement, especially dance. It keeps me grounded, joyful, and connected to my body.
One of the biggest shifts I’ve made is waking up early, before everyone else. That quiet time in the morning gives me space to breathe, move, and reconnect with myself. It helps me start the day with clarity, not chaos.
When you protect and fuel your energy by doing what you love, you build the vitality you need to show up for your family, pursue your ambitions, and inspire others.
It all starts with choosing yourself, and doing it Without Guilt.
What’s the biggest barrier you see holding women back from stepping into their power?
Self-doubt. So many women carry old stories—messages from culture, family, or past experiences—that say they’re “too much,” “not ready,” or need to “prove themselves first.”
This internalized messaging often leads to silencing themselves, overthinking, or waiting for permission to act. Even brilliant, capable women can downplay their voice, delay their dreams, or constantly prioritize others over themselves.
Once they start to see themselves clearly and trust their voice, everything shifts. That’s when they step fully into their magic.
If you could leave every woman with one message, what would it be?
Believe in yourself. Love yourself. Speak up—your magic will transform the world around you.
Empowelle isn’t just a brand—it’s a community for women ready to reclaim their voice and thrive. Whether through intimate circles, workshops, or global events, Nadine invites you to step into your next chapter with confidence and joy.
