- Sit upright, close your eyes, and bring your attention to the crown of your head.
- Imagine a beam of golden-white light entering from above, like a soft stream from the sun.
- As the light touches your crown, repeat silently:
“I am not alone. I am connected to divine intelligence. I am safe in the remembrance of oneness.” - Feel this light pouring through your body—down through your face, throat, heart, belly, and legs—connecting you deeply to both Source and Earth.
- Stay for 3–5 minutes, breathing slowly, until you feel a shift.
This is more than visualisation. You are recalibrating your electromagnetic field into alignment with truth. The nervous system responds. Your energy clears. And you remember: you are the bridge.
This is the missing piece
