How did you first get into numerology? Was there something in your life that led you to it?
How did I get into numerology? That’s such an interesting question – it takes me back about 14 or 15 years, to be exact. After moving to Germany and later to Switzerland, I thought I had everything I ever dreamed of – a good job, a family, a life in one of the most beautiful and secure countries in the world.
But after seven years of marriage, cracks started to appear. I kept asking myself, ‘Is it me?’ Is it just the ‘seven-year itch’? Or is it something deeper? As someone with a Life Path Number 7, I’ve always been a seeker – looking for reasons, answers, solutions.
That search led me first to Vedic astrology, then to Vedic numerology, and later to the Ideal Matrix system. What fascinated me was that numerology gave me answers to almost all my questions. It felt like I had finally found what I was looking for.
And, in a way, numbers have always been my language. I graduated from the National High School of Mathematics and then from the Faculty of Mathematics at Sofia University. So, when I discovered numerology, it was like coming home, numbers, but with soul and meaning.
What does it mean to live in alignment with your numbers? How can that help someone day to day?
Numbers are everywhere around us – in our birth date, in the words we speak, even in our thoughts. They transform our names and words into vibrations that carry energy. As Albert Einstein said, ‘Everything is energy.’ Numbers are the key to understanding and working with that energy.
How do they help in daily life?
– Self-awareness – Knowing your numbers helps you understand your strengths, challenges, and what truly motivates you. For example, if your number is 5, you thrive on freedom and variety and realizing that helps you embrace your true nature without guilt.
– Better planning – Each day carries a specific vibration. A day with an energy level of 1 is perfect for starting something new, while a day with an energy level of 2 is ideal for partnerships and diplomacy.
– Decision-making – When you understand your energetic code, you make choices that feel aligned, reducing stress and confusion.
In short, numbers act as an energetic compass, guiding you toward a more conscious and harmonious life. When you decode the language of numbers, life stops being a mystery and becomes a book you can finally read.
You created “Health by Numbers.” Can you share a story of how this helped someone feel better or more balanced?
Yes. Health by Numbers is one of my latest courses. It includes an analysis of the Life Path Number, birth date, and the missing or repeating digits in the date of birth, and how all of these connect to our physical, emotional, and mental health. Participants learn how to address health challenges and, even more importantly, how to prevent them in the future.
One of my long-time students, who has taken almost all of my courses, reached out to me two months ago asking if numerology could explain why so many health issues had suddenly surfaced for her at the same time. When I looked at her birth date, I saw she had a Life Path Number 3, and that 2025 is also a Personal Year 3 for her. I prepared a detailed analysis and gave her specific guidance on what she needed to adjust, improve, and avoid shifting her health situation.
Interestingly, I didn’t even ask what her exact health problems were. I simply sent her the meaning of that 3 + 3 combination. For example:
Personal Year 3 + Life Path 3 → creates a “vibrational mirror” that:
- Amplifies the themes of the number 3 in your life
- Attracts situations that force you to acknowledge, express, or integrate them
- Shows in the body where you haven’t allowed yourself joy, creativity, voice, or emotional expression
I always make it clear—I’m not a doctor, and I don’t prescribe or advise stopping medications. I completed my certification as a Digital Psychologist-Consultant with Liana Kochetova in Russia, but my role is to analyse the numbers in our lives and show people how to use that knowledge for better balance and awareness.
Some people think numerology is too ‘out there.’ How do you make it feel real and useful?
I try every day to show people just how much numbers matter in our lives. This isn’t just my perspective – it’s something that all the participants in my courses and mentorship programs share, as well as my clients for whom I prepare personal analyses.
Lately, I often get questions about the meaning of names – whether it’s choosing a name for a baby or understanding the energy of an existing name. Another frequent question is about selecting a brand name before launching it on the market. These examples show how practical and relevant numerology can be when applied to real-life decisions.
Perhaps my 8 years of experience as a mathematics teacher helps me explain complex ideas in a way that’s simple and approachable, even for people who are hearing the word ‘numerology’ for the first time. Or maybe it’s because of the strong presence of the number 3 in my Ideal Matrix – communication and creativity are part of who I am.
Your course on health and numbers sounds fascinating. What’s one cool thing people usually learn about their body from it?
One of the most fascinating things people discover in this course is that their body speaks through numbers. Each number carries a certain energy and is connected to specific organs, systems, and even emotions. For example, if the number 4 is missing in your birth date, it may indicate a more sensitive skeletal system and a need for greater stability, both physically and emotionally.
People are often amazed to realize that physical imbalances are frequently linked to energetic patterns. When we work with these numbers through nutrition, movement, sound frequencies, and even affirmations, we are not just supporting the body – we are harmonizing the entire energy system.
What happens when someone finds out their “Soul Code”? How does it change the way they see themselves?
I hope most people know what the Soul Number is. It’s the sum of the numbers that correspond to the vowels in our full name. (I won’t say how many vowels you have—right now I have two, before I had three, and some people have four or even five.)
I was born with a Soul Number 11, which is a very special number—we call it a Master Number. After getting married, my Soul Number changed to 6.
Discovering your Soul Code changes everything because it reveals what your heart truly desires, what motivates you on the deepest level. For me, 11 taught me that I am here to inspire, to share light, and to trust my intuition. Later, moving into 6 showed me that love, harmony, and creating beauty in relationships were also part of my soul’s journey.
When people learn their Soul Code, they often have an ‘aha’ moment—they understand why certain things have always felt so important to them, why some relationships work and others don’t, or why they feel unfulfilled even when everything looks perfect on the outside. It shifts the question from ‘What’s wrong with me?’ to ‘How can I live in alignment with who I am?’
And that’s powerful. Because when you know your Soul Code, you stop comparing yourself to others and start embracing your unique path.
If someone’s new to all this and feeling a bit stuck, where should they start?
If someone is new and feeling stuck, I always suggest starting simple, with their date of birth. From that alone, you can calculate your Life Path Number, which is like your roadmap in life. It reveals your main strengths, challenges, and the lessons you’re here to learn.
Once you know your Life Path, you can start aligning your daily choices with it. For example, if your Life Path is 5, you need freedom and variety, so forcing yourself into rigid routines will only create frustration. If it’s 6, you thrive in harmony and caring for others, but you also need to learn self-love.
From there, you can explore deeper layers like your Soul Number and Expression Number. But start with one step—your birth date. It’s amazing how much clarity and confidence it can bring!
The beauty of numerology is that it’s not about changing who you are—it’s about understanding your energy and making life feel lighter and more aligned.
You work with women who want to feel clearer and confident. What’s one thing that helps shift their energy?
One of the most powerful ways to shift energy is awareness—when a woman understands her numbers, she sees herself in a completely new light. Often, self-doubt comes from trying to live by someone else’s rules. But when you discover your unique code—your Life Path, your Soul Number—you realize there’s nothing ‘wrong’ with you.
For example, if a woman has a Soul Number 11, her sensitivity and intuition are her greatest strengths, not weaknesses. If her Life Path is 8, her drive for success isn’t selfish—it’s part of her purpose. That clarity alone brings so much confidence because it turns confusion into understanding.
And then we go further with practical tools—daily affirmations aligned with their numbers, simple rituals, and even the best timing for big decisions. But the first big shift? It’s always awareness.
When you know your numbers, you stop fighting yourself and start owning your energy.
When life feels heavy, how do you stay in tune with your energy and numbers?
When life feels heavy, I go back to my numbers—they’re my anchor. I check the vibration of the day, my year, and what my core numbers remind me about my strengths. For example, as a Life Path 7, I know I need quiet and reflection to recharge, so I allow myself that space instead of pushing harder.
Even in sadness and grief—like the recent loss of my husband—numbers, my teachings, and the connections I have with the participants in my courses give me strength and energy. They remind me that everything moves in cycles, and no energy, no emotion, lasts forever.
I also use small rituals aligned with my numbNumberers—like affirmations, sound frequencies, or journaling questions based on my Soul. These practices help me shift from chaos to clarity.
Numerology has taught me that challenges carry meaning and messages. When I look at life through that lens, even the hardest moments become part of a bigger, sacred pattern.
What’s the big message behind all your work? What do you hope every woman takes away from it?
The big message behind everything I do is this: You are not broken—you are unique, and your numbers hold the key to understanding that uniqueness.
I want every woman to know that clarity and confidence don’t come from becoming someone else—they come from embracing who you truly are. Numerology is simply a tool that helps you see your strengths, your patterns, and your potential in a clear, undeniable way.
When women discover their numbers, something beautiful happens—they stop comparing, stop apologizing, and start owning their energy. They realize life isn’t random; it’s a map, and they already have the compass.
If there’s one thing I hope every woman takes away from my work, it’s this: You are meant to shine in your way—and the numbers can guide you there.
