You’ve gone from tech executive to spiritual healer—what sparked that transformation?
I was climbing the corporate ladder quickly, holding leadership roles, earning a big salary, receiving awards, and leading a growing team, with every target checked off. On the outside, it looked like I had it all. But inside, my life was slowly falling apart. My health was the first to crash, chronic fatigue, strange aches, one health issue after another. Then my relationships began to suffer. I was always stressed, rarely present, and emotionally distant. And just when I thought I could handle it all, work started feeling heavy too. I was still performing, but nothing felt right. That’s when I came across energy healing. A part of me doubted it at first, but I had been raised with spirituality, meditation, and intuition since childhood, so something about it felt familiar and deeply aligned. As soon as I opened myself to the process, everything began to shift. I realized all those challenges weren’t separate. My body, my relationships, and my work were all showing me the same thing: I had lost my connection to myself. And the moment I started healing that disconnection, life started coming back into flow.
Many high achievers struggle with burnout. What do you think they often get wrong about healing?
They often think burnout is just a scheduling issue, like if they take a break or manage their time better, they’ll bounce back. But the real burnout isn’t just in the calendar. It’s inside. I’ve seen people take long vacations, unplug completely, and come back feeling even more disconnected. Because it’s not about how much you’re doing, it’s about why you’re doing it.
Most high performers are so used to proving themselves, being everything for everyone, and they forget to be there for themselves. Healing invites them to slow down and feel what’s really going on underneath the performance. And I know that’s uncomfortable. There’s no quick checklist for that. But once they do, even gently, there’s such a beautiful release. This fusion helps my clients move forward with both strategy and soul. It’s not just about performance, it’s about alignment. And when both head and heart work together, success becomes sustainable.
How do you blend Agile principles with energy work in your coaching?
Agile gave me structure, clarity, and the ability to adapt with speed and precision. Energy work, on the other hand, taught me how to slow down, feel deeper, and shift what isn’t seen on the surface. When I bring these two together in my coaching, magic happens. We use daily check-ins not just to review tasks, but to tune into emotions and energy. We reflect not only on what didn’t go well, but on the belief that may be sitting underneath it. This fusion helps my clients not only set powerful goals, they understand why they want them and who they’re becoming in the process.
We don’t just do task check-ins, we do emotional check-ins. We don’t just ask what blocked progress, we ask what belief blocked flow. Agile gives the structure, and energy brings the soul. And when those two meet, we move forward with both strategy and soul and create success with total alignment.
What’s a common emotional pattern you see in your clients, and how do you help shift it?
A lot of the high performers I work with carry this quiet, invisible belief: “I’m not enough.” It doesn’t always sound loud, it hides under perfectionism, it shows up as a drive to overachieve, the habit of people-pleasing, or the fear of being truly seen, always needing to prove something, or never feeling quite satisfied even after a win. We gently start peeling back the layers to find where this belief first took root. Sometimes it goes back to childhood moments they forgot, or times in life when they felt rejected or unseen. Through deep healing work, guided reflection, and energy clearing, I help them begin to feel their worth, not just think it, but truly feel it. And when that happens, their energy changes. They stop striving and start allowing. And life begins to meet them differently.
Can you share a moment when your healing journey changed the way you lead?
There was a time in my career when I wanted to control every little detail. I thought I was being responsible, but deep down, I was just scared. Scared of things falling apart. During a healing session, a memory came back to me from when I was ten years old. I remembered watching my father go through immense stress as his business faced challenges. I saw how much pressure he carried, and my younger self made a silent promise: “I will never let things fall apart like that.” That moment shaped how I led, rooted in control and fear. I know that this promise was serving me differently, but once I healed that little girl’s fear, I began to trust. Trust myself, trust my team, and trust the flow of life. I delegated with ease, made bold decisions, and my relationship and performance at work boosted in ways I hadn’t imagined. The healing didn’t make me weaker. It made me wiser.
Why is nervous system regulation so essential for leadership?
Because when your nervous system is calm, you are calm. And when you’re calm, people trust you. You listen better, you speak with clarity, and you hold steady even when things around you are shaking. But when your system is stuck in fight or flight, everything feels urgent. You react quickly, overthink every move, or shut down completely. Leadership is not just about being the smartest person in the room. It’s about being the most present. When your body feels safe, your mind thinks clearly, and your energy becomes magnetic. That’s the kind of leadership people feel and follow.
You say, “true power is unlocked when you come home to yourself”—what does that mean to you?
To me, coming home to yourself is not just a phrase. It’s the moment you stop looking outside for answers and begin listening to your truth. I lived a life that looked perfect on paper. I had the leadership role, the salary, the growth, the recognition. But deep inside, I felt like I was constantly running. Running to prove myself, to hold everything together, to not fall behind. I remember the day I finally sat with myself and realized I had achieved so much, but I didn’t even know how I truly felt. That was the moment everything shifted. Coming home to yourself means reconnecting with the part of you that has always been wise, loving, and whole. It means releasing the pressure to perform and finally allowing yourself to just be. That’s when your true power rises. Not because you’ve become someone new, but because you’ve remembered who you were all along.
What’s the difference between aligned success and the typical definition of success?
I’ve experienced both. The kind of success where everything looks good from the outside but leaves you feeling exhausted and disconnected. And the kind of success where your soul is at peace. Typical success often demands hustle at the cost of health, relationships, and joy. It’s about ticking boxes, reaching numbers, and keeping up appearances. Aligned success feels different in your body. It feels light. It feels nourishing. You still achieve, but not from a place of fear or pressure. You create, lead, and grow from a space of clarity and inner alignment. When I started healing, I made a decision. I would no longer chase goals that required me to abandon myself. And since then, every part of my life has shifted. My work, my family, my well-being. Aligned success is not about doing less. It’s about doing what feels aligned and that brings more fulfillment than any title ever could.
Your meditations have reached tens of thousands—what makes them so impactful?
I think people feel the energy behind the words. I never sit down with a script. I close my eyes, connect with the energy of the person who might be listening, and I let the words channel through me. It’s not about getting it perfect. It’s about being present. I hold the space with love and intention because I know what it’s like to be carrying invisible weight and not know where to put it down. People often message me saying they cried, or that they finally slept peacefully after days, or that they felt seen for the first time in a long while. And I understand that. Because I’ve been there too. My meditations are not designed to impress. They’re created to hold. To remind you that you’re not alone. That your heart is still beating. That healing is already happening, just by being here. People often message me saying they felt like I was speaking directly to them. I think that’s what makes them land. It’s not just about calming the mind. It’s about coming home to your soul.
For someone just starting to explore inner work, where should they begin?
Start small. And start real. You don’t need a thousand tools or spiritual routines. Just give yourself five minutes a day to pause. Place your hand on your heart and ask, “How am I doing?” No judgment. Just listen. That simple act of acknowledgement, tuning in, is more powerful than most people realize. You could journal. You could sit in silence. You could listen to a guided meditation that speaks to your soul. But let it be gentle. Let it feel like coming home.
