What inspired you to create the Soul Health Approach Sessions®, and how does it help high-achieving women align success with their soul’s purpose?

There was a moment when it all hit me like a ton of bricks. I had checked every societal box—marriage, a child, a beautiful home, deep involvement in my religious community, and a career that looked impressive on the outside. And yet, I felt this gaping void inside me. It wasn’t just burnout; it was something deeper. It was as if I had awakened from a dream and was staring at a life I no longer recognized—one I had built based on what I was told success should look like, not what my soul desired.

I kept replaying the messages I had absorbed for years—how women should be silent, self-sacrificing, and always building in the background for their families. I was taught that my soul was something to suppress, that ambition was dangerous, and that my spirit had to be tamed to fit within the structures of religion, marriage, and business. But in that moment of reckoning, I knew that I would never truly live if I didn’t undress my soul from all the layers of external voices.

From this wreckage, the Soul Health Approach Sessions® were born. It’s an invitation for women to reclaim their inner wisdom—the very wisdom the world desperately needs but often fears. This approach guides high-achieving women to strip away the conditioning that keeps them trapped in performative success and to step into leadership, purpose, and pleasure that is deeply aligned with who they truly are. It’s about success that is felt in the body, anchored in the soul, and expressed unapologetically in the world.

You emphasize shifting from outdated masculine frameworks to authentic feminine leadership. How do you guide women to embrace their innate wisdom and erotic intelligence in leadership?

The world has long conditioned women to lead from a place of detachment, prioritizing logic over intuition, structure over flow, and discipline over desire. But true, embodied leadership is not about choosing between intellect and instinct; it’s about integrating them. I guide women to embrace their innate wisdom and erotic intelligence by helping them reconnect with the intelligence of their bodies—the very source of their deepest creative power.

Erotic intelligence is not just about sensuality or sexuality; it’s about the full range of feminine aliveness—desire, intuition, pleasure, and the ability to magnetize rather than force. Women who suppress this energy often find themselves burned out, disconnected, and struggling with imposter syndrome, even at the height of success. Through my work, I help women reclaim their wild, unapologetic power, teaching them to trust their inner rhythms, lead from pleasure rather than pressure, and create in ways that feel deeply fulfilling rather than depleting.

By shifting from outdated masculine frameworks—which reward control, competition, and external validation—to an authentic feminine paradigm, women learn to lead in a way that is “easeful” sustainable, nourishing, and profoundly impactful. The world doesn’t need more women who succeed by suppressing themselves; or women who destroy other women in the process of getting to the top, or women who need to embody more masculine characteristics to gain traction in business. Instead, it needs women who lead in full alignment with their soul’s wisdom.

Through Soul Health Approach Sessions®, you integrate holistic wellness practices and intentional living. What are the core principles of this approach, and how do they support lasting change?

The Soul Health Approach® is built on four core principles: Self-Awareness, Alignment, Embodiment, and Intentionality. These principles help women shift from externally driven success to soul-driven success, allowing them to thrive without sacrificing their well-being.

    1.    Self-Awareness – Before transformation can happen, women must deeply understand themselves beyond the roles they play. I help them uncover the layers of conditioning that have shaped their identities, so they can distinguish their true desires from societal expectations.

    2.    Alignment – Success without alignment feels empty. I guide women to redefine success on their terms and build lives and businesses that reflect their soul’s highest calling.

    3.    Embodiment – Knowing something intellectually is not enough; transformation happens when wisdom is lived and felt in the body. Through holistic practices—breathwork, sensual movement, and feminine embodiment—I help women integrate their power, confidence, and pleasure into their daily lives.

    4.    Intentionality – Every choice, every action, every relationship should align with the soul’s highest truth. I teach women to move with clarity and purpose, creating lives that reflect their deepest values.

This approach supports lasting change because it’s not about quick-fix solutions or external validation—it’s about deep, sustainable transformation from the inside out.

As a PhD candidate in East-West Psychology, how does your research influence the Soul Health Approach® and the transformative frameworks you’ve developed?

My research in East-West Psychology bridges ancient wisdom with modern leadership, allowing me to integrate Eastern contemplative practices, Western depth psychology, dream interpretation, and indigenous healing traditions into a transformational framework for women.

Studying soul health through a global lens has shown me that the crisis women face today—burnout, disconnection, lack of fulfillment is not just a personal struggle; it’s a cultural and systemic issue rooted in centuries of conditioning that divorces women from their innate power, intuition, and embodied wisdom.

Through my research, I’ve explored how different wisdom traditions—from depth psychology and Yoga Sutra philosophy to African spiritual traditions and tantric embodiment practices—offer pathways for women to reclaim their full aliveness. The Soul Health Approach® is deeply influenced by these interdisciplinary insights, providing a holistic, soul-centered roadmap for women to break free from performative success and cultivate deep fulfillment, radical self-trust, and sustainable leadership.

By integrating these perspectives, I help women move beyond traditional self-help and business strategies into a soul-driven way of living and leading—one that nourishes not just their achievements but their essence, pleasure, and purpose.
