Global Woman Magazine is a platform dedicated to empowering women around the world — celebrating diversity, entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation. Our mission is to inspire and connect female founders, entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors through authentic stories, insights, and experiences that uplift and educate our community.

We welcome contributions from women (and men) who have valuable stories, experiences, or expertise to share. You don’t need to be a published author, just write from the heart, with integrity and purpose, and a genuine desire to inspire and inform our readers.

Editorial Submission Guidelines

To be considered for our printed publication or website, articles must adhere to the following criteria

Article Length

  • Ideal article length: 1,200 to 2,000 words.
  • If chosen for print, articles that exceed this limit may be edited or published in an abbreviated version in print, with the full version available online.

Relevance & Audience

  • All submissions must be relevant to our core audience of female founders, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and investors.
  • Articles should provide inspiration, insight, and value whether through a personal story, lessons learned, professional expertise, or reflections on topics that empower and educate women in business.
  • Submissions that are purely promotional in nature will not be accepted. If you wish to promote a business, service, or product, please inquire about sponsored content or advertising options.

Originality & Ownership

  • All content must be original, authored by you, and not previously published elsewhere (including blogs, websites, or social media platforms).
  • By submitting your article, you confirm that it does not infringe on any copyright and that all quoted material is properly attributed with sources or links.

Editorial Rights

  • Global Woman Magazine reserves the right to:
    • Edit articles for length, clarity, grammar, and style.
    • Modify the headline or layout for editorial purposes.
    • Decide whether and when to publish a submission.
  • Submission does not guarantee publication.

Images

    • Each article must be accompanied by at least two high-quality, relevant images.
    • We do not accept stock library images. If needed, we can assist in arranging a professional photoshoot through our editorial team.
    • The editorial team retains artistic discretion over image selection and placement.

Editorial vs. Promotional Content

  • Editorial content should focus on informing, educating, or inspiring readers — not promoting specific businesses or services.
  • If your submission contains promotional elements, our team may:
    • Offer you the option to sponsor the feature,
    • Request that you remove promotional content, or
    • Decide not to publish the article.

Sponsored & Advertorial Features

    • For contributors wishing to highlight a business, product, or service, we offer sponsored features or advertorial options that combine valuable editorial content with brand promotion.
    • These features may include a short promotional message, contact details, or social media links at the end of the article.
