The Queenmaker: Veronica Tan’s Legacy of Building Legends

For over three decades, Veronica Tan has stood behind the world’s biggest stages—quietly but powerfully shaping the success of those who stand on them. As the co-founder of Success Resources and the visionary force behind bringing icons like Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, and T. Harv Eker to global audiences, she has transformed lives on every continent. From shaking hands with presidents to mentoring millions through world-class events, Veronica is not just a producer of superstars—she’s a maker of movements. This is the story of the woman who builds legends, breaks boundaries, and inspires the world to rise.

Veronica, you’ve spent over 35 years changing lives around the world. What first ignited your passion for personal development and education?

I always say—I didn’t choose this industry, it chose me. It started with a deep hunger to grow, to become a better version of myself. I went searching for answers, and I stumbled upon a personal development seminar decades ago. It cracked something open inside me. That day, I realized the missing link in so many people’s lives isn’t talent or opportunity—it’s education. Not just the kind you get in school, but the kind that teaches you how to think, how to lead, how to communicate, and how to create wealth. That experience transformed me—and when transformation happens, you can’t help but want to pass it on. That’s where the fire began.

You’ve worked alongside some of the most iconic names in history—from Presidents to powerhouse speakers. What has been your biggest lesson from these interactions?

The greatest lesson I’ve learned is this: success leaves clues—but significance leaves a legacy. Whether it’s a President, a billionaire, or a thought leader like Robert Kiyosaki, what sets them apart is not just their success, but their relentless commitment to their mission. They never stop learning, they never stop serving, and they always stand for something bigger than themselves. Their belief and passion are unshakable. Being in their presence didn’t just teach me how to grow businesses—it taught me how to grow people.

Success Resources has become the world’s largest seminar promoter under your leadership. What challenges did you face scaling this global empire, and how did you overcome them?

Building a global business was never a straight path. It came with cultural differences, language barriers, economic downturns, political shifts, and even a pandemic. But more than that—it’s always been about the people. Finding the right team, aligning them to the vision, training them well, and building a culture of purpose and resilience—that was the real challenge. Great people build great companies.

There were times we almost gave up. But we learned to fail fast, adapt quickly, and rise stronger. We surrounded ourselves with visionaries, stayed true to our mission, and trusted the process. When the vision is clear, the method will reveal itself. And when your purpose is bigger than the problem—you’ll always find a way.

You’ve been recognized globally for your work empowering women. What drives your passion in this area?

I truly believe—educate a woman, and you educate a nation. Women are multipliers. When a woman is empowered, her family, her community, and her entire nation benefit. But for far too long, women have been taught to be seen and not heard. To shrink themselves to fit into roles they’ve already outgrown.

My mission is to break that mould through education and empowerment. I want women to rise—not in competition, but in collaboration. I want them to remember their voice, their purpose, and their power. Empowered women lead with heart, lift others as they rise, and change the world from the inside out.

Your quote, “I aspire to inspire till I expire,” is iconic. What keeps you inspired after all these years?

It’s the people. The stories. The transformations. When someone walks up to me and says, “That seminar saved my marriage,” or “Because of Success Resources, I found my purpose,”—that’s everything to me. Those moments fuel my soul.

I’ve witnessed the ripple effect of personal growth and financial literacy—one person transforms, then their family shifts, then their business or community changes. That’s how movements begin. That’s why I’ll keep showing up—to inspire, to uplift, and to pass the torch.

You’ve already made history in personal development—what’s next for Veronica Tan?

At this stage of my life, I’m focused on legacy and impact. I’m no longer chasing the spotlight—I’m shining it on others. I want to build platforms that raise new voices and activate new leaders—especially women and the next generation.

From Programs like Millionaire Mind Intensive, National Achievers Congress, EmpowerHer retreats, to the Robert Kiyosaki Fan Club, to transformational events and mentorship communities—I’m planting seeds that will outlive me. I want to equip people not just to succeed, but to lead with heart, humility, and purpose.

With the world evolving rapidly—AI, global shifts, new economies—how do you see the future of personal development and financial education evolving, and what role do you hope to play in it?

The world is moving at lightning speed. AI, digital currencies, remote work, shifting economies—everything is changing. But one thing remains: the human need to grow.

Personal development and financial education are more crucial than ever, especially as the traditional education system struggles to keep up. The future belongs to those who can think critically, adapt quickly, and create value. I see myself as a bridge—connecting timeless principles with future-forward strategies. My role is to help people navigate this new world with confidence, wisdom, and community.

You’ve created platforms that elevate others—what’s one story of transformation that stands out to you?

There are thousands, but two always stay with me.

The first is a woman who came to one of our events after leaving an abusive relationship. She walked in broken, unsure of her future. But she left empowered, inspired, and ready to heal. Today, she’s a successful coach helping women around the world rise from trauma.

The second is a man who was bankrupt—completely defeated. He borrowed money to attend our event. He kept showing up, kept learning, kept investing in himself. Years later, he’s running a thriving business and mentoring others. That’s the power of personal growth. It doesn’t just change your circumstances—it transforms your identity.

If any of this resonates with you, I invite you to be part of our movement. Your next level begins with a decision to grow. We’re here to walk with you—every step of the way.
