Nallely Marty: Boardroom to Biohacking

After 25 years in the high-stakes world of corporate leadership at UBS AG, Nallely Marty could have rested on her success. But instead, the Mexican-born, Switzerland-based visionary chose a new path—one rooted in regeneration, empowerment, and bold living. With a passion for personal growth and a mission to help others thrive in health, wealth, and purpose, Nallely now leads a global wellness movement through LifeWave. Bridging her strategic mind with a heart for healing, she’s redefining success—not just in boardrooms, but in the lives of those ready to live boldly and lead with intention.

Fluent in three languages and fluent in transformation, she’s building a multilingual community driven by vitality and vision. Her story is one of reinvention—proof that true leadership begins when you align success with service.

You’ve lived in Switzerland for 27 years with Mexican roots—how has this multicultural journey shaped your personal and professional life?

Living between two cultures has deeply enriched my perspective, fostering empathy, adaptability, and resilience.
My Mexican roots give me warmth, a strong sense of community, and passion, while Swiss culture has shaped my discipline, precision, and commitment to excellence.
This combination allows me to navigate international teams, respect diverse perspectives, and communicate effectively across cultures—both in the corporate world and in my wellness business.

In your role as a Process and Risk Specialist, how do you blend technical expertise with human leadership skills?

I bring structure and analytical thinking to processes, while also leading with empathy and clear communication.
I see risk management not just as rules, but as a way to support people in doing the right thing with confidence.
By mentoring teams across different countries, I focus on trust, collaboration, and personal accountability.

What inspired you to become a partner with LifeWave and venture into the wellness entrepreneurship space?

I’ve always been passionate about wellness and personal growth, and LifeWave offered a breakthrough, science-backed technology that aligned with my values.
The opportunity to help others heal, feel better, and age with vitality was deeply meaningful to me.
I also saw it as a way to create impact and financial freedom—first for myself, and then by guiding others to do the same.
What I love about this company is the CEO—his purpose in life is to help humanity, and the way he passes on his message to us is one of my biggest drivers.

You are passionate about empowering others to live boldly—what does “living boldly” mean to you personally?

It means living with purpose, courage, and authenticity—even if it means going against the norm.
It’s about saying yes to growth, to risk, and to creating a life that reflects your deepest values.
For me, it’s about being well, thinking big, and helping others rise alongside you.
If we are rich—not just financially, but in purpose—we have enough to help others. That’s my mission.

You are building a multilingual, global team dedicated to health and empowerment—what drives your vision for global impact?

I believe that true impact transcends borders—health, well-being, and financial freedom should be available to everyone.
My vision is to create a ripple effect: helping one person live better can inspire an entire community.
By empowering leaders across cultures, we’re building a movement of wellness and abundance that touches lives around the world.

What challenges have you faced transitioning from a structured corporate environment to entrepreneurial leadership, and how did you overcome them?

I’m still in the transition period, and that in itself is a challenge—especially with time management.
The biggest shift was moving from a highly structured, hierarchical system to a self-driven, vision-led model.
I had to learn to trust my instincts, embrace uncertainty, and lead without external validation.

Looking back, what advice would you give your younger self just starting out in leadership and personal development?

Trust your inner voice—it’s often wiser than you think.
Don’t wait for the perfect moment to live your dream. Do it now, while you’re alive and full of potential.
Personal growth isn’t optional—it’s the foundation of powerful leadership.
Be bold, be kind, and surround yourself with people who uplift you and challenge you to grow.

As you look to the future, what are your biggest dreams or goals for the next chapter of your life and mission?

I dream of growing a thriving, global team that is both financially free and purpose-driven.
I want to continue bridging wellness and leadership—helping people heal, grow, and lead.
Ultimately, my mission is to live in service of others—through mentorship, wellness, and the bold pursuit of a better world.
Because if we help ourselves, we help the world.
